Recommended torque specifications
Below are our general recommendations for torque specs. Please note:

For torque specs involving other parts, always verify the maximum torque specs from the respective PARTS manufacturer. |

Never exceed the lowest of the manufacturer-recommended and the OPEN-recommended maximum torque spec |
| 3) |
All bolts should be greased prior to assembly. |
| 4) |
Always use a torque wrench!! |

RECOMMENDED BOTTOM BRACKET INSTALLATION
When installing the bottom bracket into the BB shell, a compound can be used dependent on the materials and style of the bottom bracket:
