Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding Nimbl shoes and bike frames). Please note that we may need to order items from our store.
Nimbl shoes are made by hand after receiving your order, so it may take up to two months for your order to be shipped. For details, please see the "Shipping Period and Cancellations" section on the product page.
For bike frames, we may need to paint and assemble them after your order is placed, so it may take approximately one month to six weeks for your order to be shipped.

・Order online
Depending on the inventory status, CYCLISM may order items from the manufacturer after receiving your order. Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at CYCLISM (approximately 14 business days after your order).
CYCLISM will cover the shipping costs, so you do not need to worry about customs fees or shipping charges.
・Overseas shipping (shipping outside of Japan)
Shipping costs for overseas destinations start from 3,000 yen (varies depending on the region). Please note that all local duties, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer .
