MAAP shipping delay

Notice of shipping delays due to MAAP Australia warehouse relocation.

MAAP's Melbourne warehouse has moved to a new and improved location. The move, which began at the end of September, is now complete and we have resumed shipping of back-ordered items from MAAP. We are currently shipping back-ordered items to customers who have been waiting for them.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers who have been waiting for a long time. We apologize for the long wait for the shipment of your items.


 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


When will the MAAP and CYCLISM warehouses be relocated?

→ CYCLISM completed its relocation to a new warehouse in Yokohama on October 3rd. Shipping operations have already begun. MAAP completed its relocation of its Melbourne warehouse on November 21st, and has resumed shipping of back-ordered items. We are prioritizing the shipping of orders from customers who have been waiting for back-ordered items.
