[Important Notice Regarding Returns]
At CYCLISM , we only accept returns for size exchanges or defective product exchanges. ( Please note that we do not accept returns for customer reasons, such as the color being different from what you expected. )
To receive a return request authorization, you must follow the steps below. You cannot return the item until your return request is authorized. ( If you do not receive authorization, we will not accept your returned item. )
If you would like to exchange a size or a defective item, please contact CYCLISM within 7 days of receiving the item.Please note that if you return the item without authorization, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
[Steps to submit a return request]
Please submit your return request by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner of the homepage, the ** My Account ** link at the bottom of the homepage, or the following link: https://shopify.com/4124157/account .

2. Enter your email address in the Email field and click "Continue."
3. Open the email sent from the store in your email account and copy the 6- digit verification code included in the email.
4. Return to the online store and enter the 6- digit verification code.
5. Select the order you want to submit a return request for :
• If your order contains multiple items, please select all the items you wish to return.
6. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
7. Click "Request a Return."

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your replacement to arrive as we may need to source the item from our warehouse.
[Notes regarding size exchanges]
Conditions for exchanging items:
- There is a tag
- There is no damage to the clothing
- Not used on a ride
- All accessories must be included ( the bag containing the product must also be returned undamaged ) .
* We do not accept size exchanges or order cancellations for sale or limited edition items ( except in the case of defective items ) .
* Items ordered as crash replacements are not eligible for exchange or return.
* If the old model is no longer available due to a model change, etc., we may suggest exchanging it for an equivalent new model.
* Our website uses genuine photos provided by the manufacturer. We cannot accept color changes for customer convenience after an order has been placed.
* The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. ( Shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by our company. )

6. Associated fees other then cost of goods
Consumption tax.
Delivery charges. Any purchase under 15,000 yen will incur a delivery charge of 1,000 yen.
7. Goods extradition period
In stock product will be sent 1-3 days from the date of order. Out of stock goods may take up to 2 weeks from the date of order. Warranted replacement of items may take up to two weeks from the date when Cyclism receives the warrantied item in question from the customer.
※ If there is a description regarding delivery period on the purchase page of the product, it will be sent as described. Such items include custom made products.
※ For items such as bicycles and bicycle frames, orders may be delayed 1-2 months due to international shipping. For AURUM Dolomite framesets, these are custom painted at the time of order and ship from SPAIN in 21-28 days as stated by AURUM. It may further take 1-2 weeks for CYCLISM to receive these bicycles or bicycle frames.

10. Returned goods, exchanges and warranty replacement.
CYCLISM accepts returns only for size exchange or exchange of defective items. (We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience, such as the color is different from the image. Please understand).
To receive a return request authorization, you must follow the steps below. We will not be able to return your item(s) until we have received your Return Request Approval. (Without authorization, we will not be able to accept your return of the item(s).
