CYCLISM allows a maximum shipping time of 14 days.
This is because we may need to order the product from the manufacturer after receiving your order.
Shipping may be delayed due to national holidays and holiday seasons (long holidays such as Christmas) in each country. Also, due to the current COVID-19 lockdown and labor shortages, it may take longer than usual for your shipment to arrive from the manufacturer.
We apologize for keeping you waiting, and we appreciate your understanding. -
Nimbl shoes may take up to 2-3 months to ship.
Nimbl shoes are handmade by Italian shoemakers. If we begin production after receiving your order, it will take approximately two months for your shoes to be shipped to you. Please note that there may be delays in the completion of your order during holiday seasons such as Christmas.

Shipping times for complete bikes are typically 1-2 months as they are custom built at the time of order.
Bicycle framesets usually take 2-3 weeks depending on the delivery method, DHL or FedEx. -

We do not accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed.
We will only accept cancellations and refunds for orders if we are unable to exchange the size due to reasons such as out of stock, or if we are unable to deliver a new item for a defective product.
If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, we will offer you an alternative garment or, in some cases, a coupon voucher.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations, size changes, or refunds for sale or limited edition items (except in the case of defective products). -
[Important Notice Regarding Returns]
At CYCLISM, we only accept returns for size exchanges or defective products. (Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience, such as the color being different from what you expected.)
To receive a return request authorization, you must follow the steps below. You cannot return the item until your return request is authorized. (If you do not receive authorization, we will not accept your returned item.)
If you would like to exchange a size or a defective item, please contact CYCLISM within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that if you return the item without authorization, it will not be accepted and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
[Steps to submit a return request]
Please submit your return request by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner of the homepage, the **My Account** link at the bottom of the homepage, or the following link: https://shopify.com/4124157/account.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from the store and copy the 6-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Return to the online store and enter the 6-digit verification code.
5. Select the order you want to submit a return request for:
• If your order contains multiple items, please select all the items you wish to return.
6. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
7. Click "Request a Return."

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your replacement to arrive as we may need to source the item from our warehouse.
[Notes regarding size exchanges]
Conditions for exchanging items:
The garment must have tags attached and be undamaged, along with all unused accessories from the ride (the bag containing the item must also be returned undamaged).
*We do not accept size exchanges or order cancellations for sale or limited edition items (except in the case of defective items).
*Items ordered as crash replacements are not eligible for exchange or return.
*If the old model is no longer available due to a model change, etc., we may suggest exchanging it for an equivalent new model.
*Our website uses genuine photos provided by the manufacturer. We cannot accept color changes for customer convenience after an order has been placed.
*The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. (Shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by our company.)

If the logo is peeling, the zipper is broken, or the logo peels off after one wash, it is considered a defective item. We will replace the item. Please send an email to info@cyclism.jp with your order number and a clear photo of the defective part. A CYCLISM staff member will reply by email with instructions on how to return the item and how to ship your new item.

Returns are not accepted except in the case of defective products or for exchange.

We accept exchanges on all items except sale items. We will not issue refunds for exchanged items and will issue a gift card for exchanges that are less than the original purchase. We do not accept exchanges on bicycles.

Return shipping is free for defective products only. If you receive a defective product, please report it within 7 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product for size or color exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will begin processing your return for a replacement, or if we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue you a gift card for the full value.

Many of our garments are tight fitting. We recommend that first-time MAAP customers choose one size larger than their usual size. Below is a table showing the garments in order of tightness. We hope this will be helpful when choosing your size.
